Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead to oversee and coordinate construction projects with precision and enthusiasm. As a vital leader on our team, you will manage daily operations, supervise skilled tradespeople, and ensure that all aspects of construction meet safety standards, quality expectations, and project deadlines. Your expertise in various construction disciplines will drive project success from inception to completion, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and remodeling efforts. Supervise and mentor construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all trades such as rebar installation, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, stucco application, and drywall installation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately. Manage procurement of materials and tools including hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specialized construction equipment. Oversee site safety practices while coordinating heavy lifting operations and the use of heavy machinery to maintain a secure work environment. Schedule project timelines effectively by coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while monitoring progress against milestones. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout each phase of construction. Skills Extensive experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, plastering, and restoration projects. Strong knowledge of construction management principles with proven ability to lead teams efficiently. Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing carpentry—including woodworking and trim carpentry—and drywall installation. Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for precise project execution. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites. Excellent understanding of schematics related to electrical systems or plumbing as needed for remodeling or renovation projects. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools essential for daily tasks across multiple trades.
