Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately. Manage procurement of materials and tools including hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specialized construction equipment. Oversee site safety practices while coordinating heavy lifting operations and the use of heavy machinery to maintain a secure work environment. Schedule project timelines effectively by coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while monitoring progress against milestones. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout each phase of construction. Skills Extensive experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, plastering, and restoration projects. Strong knowledge of construction management principles with proven ability to lead teams efficiently. Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing carpentry—including woodworking and trim carpentry—and drywall installation. Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for precise project execution. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites. Excellent understanding of schematics related to electrical systems or plumbing as needed for remodeling or renovation projects.
