Carpenter / Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a key contributor, you will perform hands-on construction tasks, assist with site preparation, and ensure quality craftsmanship across various job sites. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. All positions are paid, offering valuable experience in the construction and restoration industry. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools Perform trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, and cabinetry work with precision Assist with concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and metal stud framing projects Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications Handle heavy lifting and material transportation safely around the job site Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration Use CNC machinery for fabrication and assembly tasks as needed Install rebar for concrete reinforcement and assist with plumbing or electrical rough-ins when required Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and site regulations Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or remodeling is a plus Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and blueprint reading Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and schematics interpretation Experience in the restoration industry or water damage remediation is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, tile laying, flooring installation, or cabinetry installation is beneficial Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join our team to build a rewarding career in construction!
