Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant carpenter seeking to expand knowledge and skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team committed to high quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, and eager to develop skills in a fast-paced environment, in the field of new home construction, and renovations. Responsibilities Assist carpentry team in the construction of new homes and renovations Operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely. Able to read and interpret blueprints, and plans Contribute to the completion of projects using fabrication techniques while maintaining safety standards. Assist with heavy lifting and physical elements of all phases on construction projects. Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace with proper handling of tools and materials. Experience 2-4 years of prior experience or training in construction and carpentry. Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and working with construction materials safely.
