Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from metal structures to intricate concrete and masonry work. Your expertise will help ensure that each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance throughout the process Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with precision and attention to detail Manage rebar installation and coordinate with other trades to ensure proper placement according to schematics and blueprints Execute masonry work including stucco, siding, plastering, and trim carpentry to enhance building aesthetics and durability Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely for framing, roofing, siding, and remodeling projects Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project requirements Conduct site inspections for safety compliance, quality control, and progress tracking while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Utilize hand tools effectively for carpentry, woodworking, framing, and finishing work on various construction projects Assist in the installation of roofing systems and siding materials while adhering to safety standards Support team members with heavy lifting tasks and ensure proper use of all safety equipment during operations Experience Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related construction fields Strong background in construction management practices with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing carpentry including woodwork and metal stud framing Hands-on experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, cranes, or other heavy equipment used on construction sites Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used across multiple trades including roofing, siding, plastering, and restoration projects Demonstrated knowledge of safety standards related to construction site operations Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces as required Join us as a where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
