In this energetic role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive remodeling projects, from initial demolition to finishing touches. Your expertise will help revitalize spaces, enhance functionality, and elevate aesthetic appeal across residential and commercial properties. We're looking for motivated professionals who thrive on craftsmanship, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional results. This paid position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects while honing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise execution of remodeling plans Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work with attention to detail and quality standards Install doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, tile, trim carpentry, and other fixtures using hand tools and power tools Conduct concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and masonry repairs as needed Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation or material handling during remodeling projects Apply construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines Ensure all work complies with safety regulations through regular inspections and adherence to best practices Experience Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong portfolio of completed work Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, glass installation, welding, and restoration work is highly desirable Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation on construction sites Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to maintain quality control throughout projects Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation is a plus Strong background in various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), flooring installation (tile laying), concrete finishing, caulking, plastering, hardscape creation, and fabrication techniques Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to exciting remodeling projects!
