Carpenter - TS Resort Facilities

Job Requirements Pay Range:

$28.00 to $33.00 hourly Day Shift available Monday - Friday 6a-2p or 8a - 4p Carpenters at Turning Stone Resort Casino support the maintenance, fabrication, and repair of various items throughout the property. This role assists the Senior Supervisor with project coordination, scheduling, and ordering materials and supplies, may mentor Level I and II Facilities Engineer-Carpentry team members, and provides input on performance, coaching, and disciplinary matters to support quality and efficiency. What does a Carpenter do? Assists Senior Supervisor with ordering supplies, materials and equipment. Helps to schedule, coordinate and manage projects as required. May function as a mentor for Level l and ll Facilities Engineer-Carpentry. Provides input to the Senior Supervisor regarding coaching, disciplinary action and performance evaluations for all

Work Experience To be successful as a Carpenter, you'll need: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma is required. A minimum of 5-10 years of related experience, required. A valid New York State driver's license, or the ability to obtain one, is required. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, and basic computer proficiency. Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
