Carpenter / Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of carpentry and labor tasks, contributing to the successful completion of residential restoration projects. No experience that's okay we offer on the job training and their is lots of room to grow. Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and drywall installation using hand tools and power tools. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and hardware with precision and care Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold removal, and general site cleanup Conduct heavy lifting and material handling safely across construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Prior experience in construction or related fields such as manufacturing or remodeling is highly desirable Hands-on experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation or the restoration industry is beneficial Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems or tile laying enhances your versatility on-site Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding and other construction equipment safely Experience in roofing, wood working, fixture installation or metal stud framing will set you apart Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces is essential Join us if you're ready to build your career in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact!
