Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. This position is a contract to hire, strictly commercial work. Basic hand tools, drivers license and the ability to begin work immediately. Minimum of 4 years experience. Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to begin work immediately. Pay is commensurate with experience. Duties
- Perform carpentry work in accordance with blueprints and building plans
- Repair and renovate structures using hand tools and power tools
- Install structures such as windows, doors, roofs, and floors
- Conduct construction estimating for projects
- Work on water damage restoration projects Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to plumb, roof, and perform concrete forming
- Knowledge of construction estimating is a plus
- Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
