This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about construction, renovation, and restoration projects. You will play a vital part in transforming spaces by installing custom fixtures, trim, cabinetry, doors, siding, and more, ensuring every detail meets high-quality standards. Your skills will help us deliver exceptional results on residential, commercial, and restoration projects while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. •This is not an entry-level construction position. Applicants should be comfortable working independently inside occupied residential homes with minimal supervision. •Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior finish carpentry components such as trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, siding, and fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation aligned with project specifications Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform framing, drywall finishing, caulking, plastering, roofing, metal stud framing, and other carpentry tasks Prepare surfaces by performing tasks such as water damage restoration, mold remediation, or surface refinishing to ensure optimal conditions for installation Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate schedules and complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction site work including rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, or flooring installation Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading to accurately plan projects Proficiency in trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, flooring laying (tile or hardwood), siding application, and fixture mounting Skilled in using hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, saws) safely and effectively on various materials Strong background in construction site experience across restoration industry projects or general remodeling efforts Knowledge of schematics for electrical wiring or plumbing systems related to carpentry installations Ability to fabricate custom components using woodworking techniques or CNC machinery when needed Familiarity with heavy lifting requirements and the physical demands of construction environments including roofing or metal stud framing Join us if you're eager to apply your craftsmanship skills in a fast-paced environment where quality matters!
