- Full time position Monday-Friday with steady pay
- Competitive Pay that reflects your experience: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

- Lead a 3-4-member crew, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety
- Oversee outdoor and indoor construction projects
- Train and mentor crew members, helping them succeed while building your leadership skills
- Ensure job quality, managing time, materials, and customer satisfaction What is required:
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate construction equipment
- Experience in general construction framing, flooring, trim, cabinet install, doors, windows, siding, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team
- Physical ability to work in all seasons
- A commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
