In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction and renovation projects, transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help bring clients' visions to life, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute remodeling projects accurately. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently. Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, trim carpentry, flooring, tile, glass, and other finishing elements with precision. Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, concrete forming, and finishing work. Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations. Manage on-site tasks such as roofing, masonry, hardscape installation, caulking, painting, and restoration projects. Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials and labor needs using construction estimating techniques. Ensure all work adheres to building codes and client specifications while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for various construction tasks. Extensive experience with carpentry including frame carpentry, door hanging, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to remodeling projects. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and heavy machinery operation. Familiarity with construction management practices and construction site safety protocols. Ability to perform concrete finishing, masonry work, tile laying, welding, roofing repairs or installations. Experience with construction inspection processes and quality assurance procedures. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen issues.
