We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Crew Leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, leads by example, communicates professionally with customers, and can help drive projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate understands deck construction, framing, jobsite organization, customer service, and team leadership. This position offers long-term growth and the opportunity to develop into a Project Management role. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute ideas, help improve operations, and play an active role in the continued growth of the company.
