  • Full-time Ascension Construction Solutions is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience who can work independently and deliver high-quality results on commercial construction projects. What You'll Do Perform framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and general carpentry tasks Read and interpret blueprints and project plans Install doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim Assist with concrete formwork, ceilings, and flooring Maintain a safe, clean job site and follow OSHA standards Work independently or with a team to meet project deadlines Requirements 2-5+ years of carpentry experience (commercial preferred) Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in active job site conditions Screening Requirements Must pass drug screening and background check Must be able to pass additional site-specific screenings for certain projects Worksites may include: Schools Hospitals High-security or government facilities Benefits 401(k) with match Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Life insurance Professional development support
