We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This person will work closely with the project manager and manage their own projects from start to finish, with the aid of the PM & a helper. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a project from start to end.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project manager and manage individual projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Set cabinets and install crown molding Perform framing, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, floor installation, and drywall finishing Conduct painting, trim work, and shower installations (shower pan or tub, tile installation, shower valve installation) Handle plumbing and electrical rough-ins Apply caulking and ensure proper sealing Utilize hand tools effectively Carry up to 100 lbs. and work independently Organize and create detailed material lists and realistic schedules Meet deadlines and manage subcontractors as neededQualifications:
Proven experience in remodeling and construction Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings Reliable vehicle (van or truck) and own tools Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish with the aid of a helper and PM Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to carry up to 100 lbs. Knowledge in various trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and siding Experience in electrical work within remodeling projects Knowledge of concrete finishing and forming techniques Ability to apply caulking for sealing purposes Competency in plumbing tasks related to remodeling projects Proficient in using hand tools for various construction tasks Experience in construction painting to enhance the visual appeal of remodeled areasBenefits:
