Why Join Us? #1 ranked Ace Handyman franchise office nationally 12 years of proven success and profitability Team of 25+ skilled craftsmen Stable, year-round work Strong leadership and growth opportunities Supportive and team-oriented environment Responsibilities Lead Complex Residential Projects Handle advanced remodels, repairs, and installations across multiple trades Perform work involving carpentry, drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and exterior repairs Lead bathroom remodels, deck refacing, and large-scale repair projects Diagnose & Plan Projects Assess customer needs and determine effective repair/remodel solutions Develop project plans, estimates, and timelines Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally Manage Job Sites Independently manage projects from start to finish Maintain safe, organized, and productive work environments Coordinate workflow and provide leadership on-site Deliver Outstanding Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during projects Communicate professionally and clearly Ensure every customer receives a high-quality experience Mentor & Support Team Members Coach and assist other craftsmen when needed Promote best practices and quality workmanship Help maintain a positive and collaborative culture Maintain Tools & Organization Use and maintain professional-grade tools responsibly Track materials, project progress, and daily work updates accurately
