Carpentry Execution- Perform both rough and finish carpentry on high-end residential construction projects, maintaining exceptional quality standards. Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation
- Read and interpret construction documents, architectural plans, and shop drawings to guide accurate construction and installation. Jobsite Coordination
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth sequencing of work and minimize project delays. Site Readiness & Cleanliness
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite under company safety standards and procedures. Material & Tool Management
- Provide and maintain personal carpentry tools; ensure materials are prepared and transported efficiently to and from job sites.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction with strong proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry. Demonstrated skill in installing high-end trim, moldings, doors, windows, cabinetry, and built-ins with precision and attention to detail. Ability to frame walls, floors, and roofs according to drawings, specifications, and building codes. Owns and maintains a full set of carpentry tools; reliable transportation to and from job sites is required. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must pass a background check. Formal training or certification in carpentry or a related trade is a plusCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
