What You'll Do Work on residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms) Perform a mix of skilled tasks: framing, drywall, flooring, tile, trim, and light plumbing Work both independently and with a small, supportive team Communicate professionally with clients and teammates Deliver clean, high-quality work with strong attention to detail Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work What We're Looking For 2+ years of residential remodeling experience (required) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable, consistent, and punctual Skilled with tools and core trade techniques Able to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Pay & Perks $23-$30/hr (based on experience and skill) Performance incentives Steady, year-round work Mileage reimbursement for travel between job sites Respectful, team-first culture Growth opportunities (skills + career advancement) Referral bonuses for bringing great people Schedule Monday-Friday (8-hour day shifts) Occasional weekends as needed
