Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of building projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks. Responsibilities Perform concrete setting and forming with precision and attention to detail Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely to support various construction activities Install foundations and rebar and perform concrete finishing to meet project specifications and quality standards Experience 5+ years proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on rough carpentry Experience in deck and house framing is a plus Hands-on knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing Skilled in using hand tools, power tools and heavy machinery safely and effectively Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings for accurate project execution Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations Join us if you're ready to bring your craftsmanship skills into impactful projects that shape the skylines!
