In this role, you will be responsible for completing high-quality finish carpentry work, installing fixtures, cabinetry, doors, trim, stairs and other custom elements with accuracy and attention to detail. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring they meet both aesthetic standards and functional requirements. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior finish carpentry components including trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, stairs, and fixtures. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete precise cuts and fittings. Perform framing tasks such as metal stud framing or wood framing as needed for project scope. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining safety protocols on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards. Skills Extensive experience with trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and fixture mounting. Proficiency in reading schematics or blueprints. Skilled in using hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, saws) effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on demanding job sites. Familiarity with fabrication processes like custom assembly when required for specialized projects. Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately for precise installations. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients during project execution.
