As a pivotal leader on our team, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in various construction disciplines will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead skilled teams and make a tangible impact on our construction endeavors. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews across multiple trades. Coordinate daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project timelines, and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide team activities and ensure precise execution. Operate or oversee the operation of heavy equipment and power tools necessary for construction tasks. Collaborate with project managers and clients to plan workflows, resolve issues promptly, and adjust schedules as needed. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Requirements Proven experience in construction management. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation relevant to construction projects. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across various trades. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing multiple tasks simultaneously on active job sites. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation essential for site preparation and material handling. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high safety standards. Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. Valid experience working on diverse construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
