Operate or oversee the operation of heavy equipment and power tools necessary for construction tasks. Collaborate with project managers and clients to plan workflows, resolve issues promptly, and adjust schedules as needed. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Requirements Proven experience in construction management. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation relevant to construction projects. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across various trades. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing multiple tasks simultaneously on active job sites. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation essential for site preparation and material handling. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high safety standards. Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. Valid experience working on diverse construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
