Full Job Description Kitchen & Bath Remodeling SpecialistJob Overview:

RA Cooks Renovations is seeking a skilled Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on high-end kitchen and bath renovations , including cabinetry installation, tile work, flooring, light electrical and plumbing, trim work, drywall, and finishing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can manage multiple aspects of a remodeling project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Install cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, windows, doors, and trim with precision. Follow blueprints and project plans to ensure client expectations are met. Perform light electrical and plumbing work related to kitchen and bath remodels. Measure, cut, and shape materials (wood, plastic, tile, etc.) for installation. Install fixtures and hardware such as sinks, faucets, and lighting. Hang, finish, and repair drywall as needed. Apply decorative or textured finishes to walls, ceilings, and trim. Inspect and replace outdated or damaged materials with high-quality finishes. Ensure precise alignment of cabinetry, countertops, tile, and flooring for a seamless look. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout each project. Work closely with team members and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in kitchen and bath remodeling , including cabinetry installation, tile work, and finish carpentry. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans to ensure accurate execution. Strong knowledge of hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders, nail guns, levels, chisels, etc.). Skilled in cutting, shaping, and fastening materials using nails, screws, adhesives, and specialized tools. Ability to verify alignments, ensure structural integrity, and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship. Experience in removing and replacing outdated materials while ensuring minimal disruption to the client's home. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.

Detailed Work Activities:

Clean and prepare work sites before and after installations. Measure, cut, and install cabinetry, trim, and structural elements. Install tile backsplashes, flooring, countertops, and other finishes. Mix and apply necessary substances for installation (grout, adhesives, caulk, etc.). Ensure all materials and fixtures are aligned, secured, and finished to high standards. Coordinate project tasks with other team members to ensure efficiency. Review and inspect completed work to ensure precision, durability, and client satisfaction.
