Field Installer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Field Installer to join our team, responsible for layout, fabrication, and installation of structural steel and related components. This role demands a strong understanding of blueprints, carpentry, and framing, as well as proficiency in using hand tools and performing general labor tasks. Responsibilities Perform layout and fabrication tasks for structural steel installations. Read and interpret blueprints to execute installation and construction tasks accurately. Install staircases and related components efficiently and safely. Engage in carpentry and framing work as required. Utilize hand tools for various construction and general labor tasks. Essential Skills Experience in stair installation. Proficiency in construction and carpentry techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively. Skilled in the use of hand tools for installation and general labor. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in structural steel fabrication and installation is a plus. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gahanna, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
