Allstate Exteriors is looking for an experienced Carpenter who can independently complete residential and light commercial remodeling projects while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a professional with 10+ years of hands-on experience who can solve problems, take ownership of projects, and lead by example. If you need constant direction, this is not the position for you. If you take pride in your work, enjoy building and remodeling, and want a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we want to talk with you.RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete remodeling and repair projects with minimal supervision Framing and structural repairs Window and door installation Siding installation and repairs Interior and exterior trim work Drywall installation and repairs Deck and porch repairs Diagnose field issues and develop practical solutions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Lead and train helpers when assigned Ensure projects are completed correctly and on scheduleREQUIREMENTS
10+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong understanding of residential construction methods Experience with framing, siding, windows, doors, trim, drywall, and structural repairs Ability to read plans and follow scopes of work Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Professional appearance and attitude Strong problem-solving skills Positive attitude and team-first mindsetPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience leading small crews Roofing and exterior renovation experience Equipment operation experience OSHA certificationPAY & BENEFITS
