Werbrich's has a bonus program based on bid vs Actual Job hours. A high performer can increase there pay significantly. We are currently hiring for a Carpentry Foreman Position. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Carpenter, Carpentry Foreman, Framing or Finish Carpenter. As a Carpentry Foreman at Werbrich's you will be responsible for the timely and accurate installation of Various outdoor living components including decks, pavilions, covered outdoor structures, pergolas and more. Werbrich's Carpentry Projects are typically part of a larger overall backyard project including multiple elements by other internal divisions. See examples at www.cincinnatilandscaping.com
Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
  • Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client specification
  • Use hand and power tools to complete projects
  • Collaborate with other carpenters and contractors on construction projects
Requirements:
  • Experience in all aspects of construction framing and finishing from floor framing wall framing and roof framing as well as exterior trim including siding
  • Proven experience as a carpenter
  • Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
