Job Description
We are seeking an experienced commercial carpenter proficient with metal framing, drywall, suspended acoustic ceilings, hollow metal frames and doors and millwork installation. The projects mostly involve remodeling existing general and medical offices in buildings owned by our company. Demolition of existing improvements is often required. Occasional painting and simple electrical work as part of the over-all project may be required. Must have own tools and ability to read construction documents. Hours can be flexible based on candidate's schedule although we will not permit working in the building alone. Must have good communication skills and professional appearance in dealing with tenants and co-workers.
