Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Labor to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various carpentry and construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety standards are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling efforts. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment where every task makes a difference. Duties Assist with framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise construction work. Support concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry tasks for foundational and structural projects. Perform roofing, siding, siding repairs, and fixture installation to enhance building durability and aesthetics. Handle heavy lifting and material transportation safely across construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Participate in restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold removal, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration efforts. Aid in fabrication, assembly, metal stud framing, cabinetry installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing tasks as needed. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading. Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, frame carpentry, roofing, siding, drywall finishing, and fixture installation. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and other construction equipment. Background in restoration industry work such as mold remediation or water damage restoration is a plus. Knowledge of schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is desirable but not mandatory. Experience in manufacturing or heavy lifting roles within the construction or remodeling industries is beneficial. Strong understanding of safety standards related to rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, and general site safety practices.
