In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from metal structures to residential and commercial renovations. Your expertise will ensure that each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance throughout the process Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures Manage and execute masonry tasks including brickwork, stucco application, and siding installation Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely and effectively across various projects Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project requirements Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, and woodworking tasks with precision Support restoration and remodeling projects by applying skills in plastering, drywall installation, and surface finishing Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, building codes, and project timelines Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry or carpentry Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for framing, roofing, siding or stucco work Excellent understanding of construction management principles and site coordination Valid experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing, welding or restoration projects is preferred Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively Join our team as a where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
