Job Summary:
Carpenter Laborers Needed ' Portland, OR
Pay:
$25-$30/hr DOE (Dependent on Experience) We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Carpenter Laborers for commercial and residential construction projects throughout the Portland metro area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction experience who are looking for steady work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow within the trades.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting carpenters with framing, installation, and finish work Measuring, cutting, and handling construction materials Demolition and site cleanup Loading and unloading materials and tools Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Assisting with concrete forms, blocking, backing, and layout work Installing doors, hardware, trim, and other carpentry components General labor tasks to support project completion Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean worksite
Qualifications:
Previous construction or carpentry experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Familiarity with basic hand and power tools Reliable transportation is preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team OSHA 10 certification is a plus, but not required
