Requirements:

To meet our minimum requirements, you must be: A seasoned carpenter with at least 2 + years of verifiable general carpentry experience, preferably experience doing decks, framing, and siding. At least 18 years of age. Ready to provide excellent customer service on every job, every day. Great at communicating with team members and customers. Excited to learn and grow with Webfoot. Driven to be part of a high-performing team. When you join our team, you'll receive serious pay and benefits, including a starting wage of $23 - $32 per hour based on skills and experience.
