The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in completing high-quality finish work on residential and commercial projects. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines. This individual must have the skills to take care of the following responsibilities on every job site.
Responsibilities:
Positive mindset and attitude. Execute finish carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, cabinetry, and custom woodwork installations. Assemble and install various structures such as doors, windows, and moldings with precision. Experience with setting and installing cabinets. Solid skills for installing wood trim and millwork. Experience with commercial door hardware Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site, including electricians and roofers, to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct concrete forming as needed for specific projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Experience 3-5 YEARS Required Proven experience in finish carpentry with a construction company. Ability to install commercial doors and all hardware. Proficiency in construction and trim carpentry is required. Knowledge on wood trim and millwork installation. Ability to set and install all different types of cabinetry effectively.
