Remodeling & Flooring Specialist Location:
Eagle Point Reliable transportation required We're looking for an experienced Finished Carpenter who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and professional results. This role is ideal for someone skilled in remodeling, finish carpentry, and flooring installation who can work independently, communicate well with clients and crews, and consistently deliver detail-oriented work. What You'll Do Install and finish doors, windows, trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry elements Complete residential remodeling projects with a strong focus on quality, functionality, and appearance Install flooring including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet using proper installation techniques Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Work closely with contractors, designers, and homeowners to keep projects on schedule Troubleshoot and solve carpentry or flooring issues efficiently on-site Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards What We're Looking For Proven experience in finish carpentry and residential remodeling Strong flooring installation experience across multiple materials High attention to detail and pride in clean, precise work Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Strong measuring, layout, and problem-solving skills Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients Portfolio or photos of completed work preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Requirements Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Eagle Point Valid driver's license preferred If you're a skilled craftsman who values quality work and wants steady remodeling and flooring projects, we'd like to hear from you.
