What You'll Do As a Finish Carpenter, you will oversee and perform a variety of remodeling and construction activities while ensuring projects meet Castile's standards for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
Constructing and remodeling kitchens and bathrooms according to project plans and specifications Performing high-quality finish carpentry and detailed craftsmanship Managing project schedules and maintaining budget awareness Coordinating with subcontractors and trade partners Communicating professionally with homeowners throughout the project Safely operating power tools and construction equipment Receiving and inspecting materials for quality and completeness Maintaining a company vehicle, trailer, tools, and jobsite equipment Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe Upholding Castile's standards for quality, professionalism, and client care What We're Looking For 10+ years of carpentry and remodeling experience Strong finish carpentry skills and attention to detail Kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience preferred Ability to solve problems and adapt in the field Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 100+ pounds High school diploma or equivalent Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off Health and Vision Insurance Retirement plan with company match up to 3% Supportive team culture Opportunities for growth and leadership Work with one of Lane County's most respected remodeling companies About Castile Kitchen & Bath For nearly three decades, Castile Kitchen & Bath has been helping homeowners create spaces that are beautiful, functional, and built to last.
