Positions range from entry-level laborers with no prior experience to skilled apprentice carpenters. Responsibilities will vary depending on experience and skill level, with opportunities to grow into more advanced roles. Responsibilities Assist tradespeople with demolition, site prep, and material handling Maintain a clean and organized job site Fetch tools, stage materials, and support daily operations Learn and apply basic construction knowledge including safety practices Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision Read work orders and assist in following project plans Progress to carpentry work: framing, finish carpentry, and minor trade tasks (plumbing, electrical) Contribute to quality control and safety compliance Work independently as skills develop, eventually managing tasks or small projects with minimal supervision Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Physically able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (for apprentice-level and above) Basic tool knowledge (preferred for entry, required for apprentice levels) Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively Attention to detail, organization, and safety awareness Prior experience in construction, carpentry, concrete, or related fields is a plus but not required Growth Path We offer a structured development path where motivated individuals can advance from laborer to apprentice carpenter and beyond.
