• REQUIREMENTS

• 7'10 years of hands-on experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Skilled in leadership and providing guidance/support to a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Highly detail-oriented with solid math and measurement skills
• Organized with excellent time management
• Experienced in finish carpentry (trim, cabinetry, millwork, etc.)
• Comfortable performing handyman tasks and residential repairs
• Knowledgeable in remodeling and residential construction practices

JOB DUTIES

• Lead and execute finish carpentry work with a high level of precision
• Oversee and participate in remodeling and repair projects
• Perform detailed inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide regular progress updates on assigned projects
• Troubleshoot issues and develop practical solutions on-site
• Collaborate with team members to maintain timelines and workflow

HOURS:

Full-time, Monday to Thursday alternating Fridays, 7AM to 6PM. Hours may be adjusted during weeks when Friday coverage is needed.

PAY:

$27-35 per hour
