Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Finish Carpenter / Installer and bring precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to every project! In this role, you will be responsible for completing high-quality finish carpentry work and installing various fixtures and components across residential, commercial, or restoration projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring they meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry elements with accuracy and finesse Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to ensure precise installation of fixtures and finishes Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete carpentry tasks on-site Perform framing, metal stud installation, drywall finishing, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration as needed Fabricate custom components in the shop or on-site to meet project specifications Install flooring, tile, siding, roofing components, and perform remodeling or renovation tasks with attention to detail Conduct heavy lifting safely and handle materials such as rebar for concrete forming or masonry work when required Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and general construction site work Skilled in using hand tools (saws, drills, chisels), power tools (nail guns, sanders), and CNC machinery for fabrication tasks Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of various construction disciplines including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, siding installation, and metal stud framing Experience with restoration projects such as mold remediation or water damage repair is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining quality standards Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on craftsmanship in cabinetry installation, door hanging, fixture setup, and remodeling projects Valid experience in the restoration industry or handyman services is advantageous Embark on a career where your craftsmanship makes a difference! Pay:
$28.36 - $34.16 per hour
