Responsibilities Assist in framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to ensure accurate and high-quality finishes. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to interpret project requirements accurately. Support fixture installation, door hanging, siding application, and cabinet setup to meet project specifications. Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment on active construction sites. Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and metal stud framing equipment. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Experience with flooring installation. Knowledge of the restoration industry. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
