Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a vital member of our crew, you will contribute to building, repairing, and restoring structures with precision and care. Responsibilities Assist in framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to ensure accurate and high-quality finishes. Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and effectively across various construction tasks. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to interpret project requirements accurately. Support fixture installation, door hanging, siding application, and cabinet setup to meet project specifications. Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment on active construction sites. Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and metal stud framing equipment. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Experience with flooring installation. Knowledge of the restoration industry. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
