Job Description

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for experienced Concrete Carpenters and Laborers for ongoing projects in the Portland and Salem, Oregon areas. If you have a strong background in formwork, concrete placement, and structural carpentry, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company that values skilled tradespeople.
Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
1. Build and set forms for concrete slabs, walls, columns, and foundations 2. Measure, cut, and assemble formwork using wood, metal, and other materials 3. Install rebar and reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures 4. Pour and finish concrete to meet project specifications 5. Use power and hand tools (saws, drills, hammers, etc.) for cutting and shaping materials 6. Read blueprints and plans to ensure accuracy in construction 7. Work alongside laborers and finishers to complete projects on schedule 8. Follow job site safety rules and maintain a clean work area
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in concrete formwork and carpentry (residential or commercial) 2. Ability to work with blueprints and measurements accurately 3. Familiarity with tools, materials, and safety procedures on construction sites 4. Comfortable with physical labor (lifting heavy materials, working outdoors) 5. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license 6. 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Home daily Monday to Friday Morning shift Overtime Weekends as needed
