In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise and high-quality finish carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and functional aspects of residential, commercial, or restoration projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring every detail meets our standards of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a passion for quality workmanship. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, moldings, cabinetry, doors, windows, and fixtures with precision. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks on-site. Perform framing work including metal stud framing and wood framing as needed for various projects. Conduct restoration work such as water damage repairs. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards. Assist in fabrication and assembly of custom fixtures or cabinetry in the shop or on-site. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials regularly. Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents on construction sites. Experience Proven experience in finish carpentry or related construction roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading detailed blueprints or schematics. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques. Knowledge of various construction disciplines including specialty siding, millwork, door/hardware installation. Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety regulations and protocols. Background in restoration industry projects such as water damage restoration is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the role effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements quickly.
