Job requirements Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience preferred Must be actively working as a carpenter currently Must have a minimum of 3 years of dedicated exterior carpentry experience Strong experience with framing, siding, and exterior carpentry Experience with rot repair, waterproofing, and structural repair work preferred Previous crew lead or leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of structural framing and building envelope systems Ability to lead crews, manage workflow, and maintain production standards on active job sites Professional communication and customer-facing skills Fluent English communication required Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Ability to lift and carry construction materials and perform physical job duties throughout the workday Authorized to work in the United States SFW Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
