We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of carpentry and general labor tasks across different projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficient workflow. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in construction, restoration, and fabrication while contributing to high-quality building and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and door hanging to support construction projects from start to finish Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications Perform concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and drywall or plastering tasks as needed Support restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold removal, and general site cleanup Install fixtures such as cabinets, flooring, tiles, and water-resistant materials like stucco or caulking Conduct heavy lifting and material handling while adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Prior experience in construction or related fields such as manufacturing or remodeling is highly preferred Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic carpentry techniques Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for various construction tasks Knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall installation, roofing systems, and fixture mounting Experience with water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials regularly and perform demanding manual labor Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards Join us if you're ready to build your career in a vibrant environment where craftsmanship meets innovation!
