TradeWorX is hiring experienced Concrete Workers at all experience levels for commercial construction projects in the Central PA area. This role supports a skilled crew performing concrete placement, forming, and finishing work on active jobsites. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, solid jobsite awareness, and the ability to work safely in a production-driven environment. TradeWorX Benefits & PTO Health coverage options;eligibility typically begins after 60 days Dental and vision options 401K option Company-paid group life insurance (10K) Paid holidays after eligibility requirements PTO earned by hours worked (5 days after 1560 hrs;10 after 4680 hrs) Pay & Overtime Up to $35/hour based on experience Overtime opportunities based on project needs Responsibilities Smooth, finish, and texture concrete surfaces to specified grades and designs Build, set, and strip forms for slabs, walls, and foundations Assist with layout, rebar placement, and site preparation before pours Operate power trowels, floats, and other finishing tools Maintain clean, safe, and compliant job sites Work collaboratively with a commercial concrete crew Requirements 2+ years of commercial concrete finishing or forming experience Ability to read and follow blueprints and project plans Knowledge of layout, screeding, and forming systems Strong work ethic with dependable attendance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors Reliable transportation to jobsites in the greater Pittsburgh area How to
