This position focuses on apartment turnovers, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and interior renovations throughout the Main Line and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone with strong finish carpentry skills, renovation experience, and pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities Framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and general carpentry Install and repair drywall and prepare surfaces for paint Bathroom and kitchen remodeling work Install vanities, doors, hardware, shelving, and finish carpentry items Assist with demolition and apartment turnovers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Coordinate with team members on renovation projects Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential renovation experience Experience with framing, trim carpentry, drywall, and cabinetry Bathroom and kitchen remodeling experience required Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day What We're Looking For Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Ability to work independently and follow project scopes Strong communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer Consistent year-round interior renovation work Organized scheduling and prepared job scopes Long-term career opportunity with an established company Work alongside experienced renovation professionals Sign-on bonus Paid time off Health insurance About Us Established in 1951, Harrison Richards is a boutique property management company with an in-house renovation and maintenance team focused on high-quality apartment renovations and turnovers.
