In this energetic role, you'll support remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficient workflow. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to creating stunning renovations that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Assist lead contractors with various remodeling tasks including carpentry, flooring, tile laying, and fixture installation Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and concrete finishing as needed Support plumbing and electrical work by preparing materials and assisting licensed professionals Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes through regular inspections Help with restoration projects such as glass installation, cabinet mounting, door hanging, and masonry work Maintain a clean and organized job site by managing materials and tools efficiently Experience Prior experience in construction or remodeling projects is highly preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of various construction trades including carpentry, roofing, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and welding Understanding of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to all safety protocols Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in home renovation while contributing to impressive residential transformations.
