Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, plus 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks and a strong understanding of construction site operations. This role involves working with power tools, framing, and installation, as well as participating in water damage restoration projects. If you have a passion for building and construction, we want to hear from you. Duties Operate power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks. Perform frame carpentry, ensuring structures are plumb and level. Assist in the installation of roofing systems and other structural components. Work on construction sites, collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. Participate in water damage restoration efforts, including repairs and rebuilding. Apply stucco finishes as required on various projects. Assemble materials and components according to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry or related labor roles. Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation. Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques and practices. Ability to plumb structures accurately during construction. Experience with roofing installation is preferred but not mandatory. Understanding of water damage restoration processes is a plus. Capability to work effectively on construction sites under varying conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
