Delaware County, PA Pay:
$25- 40+ per hour (based on experience) Full-Time Position Growth Opportunity Available About Us Eagle General Contracting is a growing residential construction company specializing in decks, additions, framing, siding, foundations, exterior renovations, and custom carpentry.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Foreman who can take ownership of projects, lead crews, and help us continue to grow. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, skilled carpenter who can manage day-to-day operations on job sites. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, organize work efficiently, communicate with the owner, and complete projects with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step into a leadership role and help build a strong team. Responsibilities Lead and manage residential construction projects Build decks, porches, additions, and exterior structures Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Perform framing, layout, and structural carpentry Dig and install footers and foundations Coordinate daily tasks for laborers and helpers Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail Communicate progress and jobsite needs to management Keep jobsites clean and organized Complete projects according to scope of work and schedule Qualifications 5+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work Experience with decks, framing, foundations, and exterior remodeling Strong problem-solving skills Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a crew What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady year-round work Opportunity for advancement into a larger leadership role Supportive work environment Growing company with room to build a long-term career Performance-based raises and bonuses How to Apply Reply with your work history, experience, and a brief description of projects you've managed or led.
