Carpenter / Laborer

Responsibilities Assist in construction tasks including framing, siding, roofing, and drywall installation with precision and attention to detail Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, and concrete forms Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Perform demolition, restoration work, water damage remediation, and mold remediation as needed Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and other building components with accuracy Support rebar installation, masonry work, plumbing rough-ins, electrical wiring, and flooring or tile laying projects Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site preparation and material handling Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry roles with knowledge of framing, trim carpentry, and blueprint reading Familiarity with hand tools, power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions on active job sites Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and site procedures Experience with restoration industry projects including water damage repair or mold remediation is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Pay based on experience Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment where your craftsmanship contributes directly to building something lasting!
