The Construction Carpenter is responsible for performing various carpentry and labor tasks related to the company's commercial and residential construction projects. We are searching for team members within the Greater Harrisburg area to support our ongoing and future projects. Installation of commercial hardware, cabinets, windows, and doors as directed by team members. Participates in layout and installation of decks and walls as directed by team members and plans. Completes punch out tasks for projects as assigned. Utilizes knowledge of ADA Regulations in performing tasks for projects. If skilled

• installs basic roofing and siding as directed by team members. If skilled
• performs basic foundation work.

Assists with renovations, fit-out work, and misc. labor tasks in support of Property Management related projects. Responsible for inventory control, organization, and maintaining cleanliness of storage trailers, hand/power tools, and equipment. What we are looking for from you... Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Minimum of 5 years in residential and/or commercial construction work is required Must be able to complete construction work including but not limited to: digging, lifting, climbing ladders/stairs, and entering trench excavations Must have basic tools needed to fulfill role

• List will be provided at time of interview Must be able to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints Must be able to keep track of working hours and assigned tasks via mobile device Experience/Education at a Vo-Tech or Trade School is highly preferred but not required OSHA Certification is highly preferred but not required
