• Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish
• Perform hands-on carpentry and installation work
• Oversee one active job site at a time
• Coordinate daily project activities with the Project Manager
• Lead and mentor installers and apprentices on-site
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and project specifications
• Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, organization, and safety
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure project timelines stay on track
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively
• Deliver an outstanding experience for homeowners throughout the project What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience
• Proven experience leading job sites and small crews
• Strong skills in framing, finish carpentry, and general remodeling
• Ability to read plans and scopes of work
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and personal hand tools
