This role is specifically designed for a seasoned professional looking to grow into a true leadership position. Because we are rapidly growing while several of our senior leaders prepare for retirement, we offer a massive, clear promotional track to Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager. You will have the autonomy to manage complex builds while being fully supported by a company that values technical precision, integrity, and the long-term success of its people. What You Will Be Doing You will be the driving force on the job site, executing elite craftsmanship and keeping vigorous project schedules on track:Expert Craftsmanship:
Execute expert-level rough and finish carpentry for large-scale commercial and industrial facilities.Site Autonomy:
Transition seamlessly between multiple high-priority projects with minimal oversight and high organizational efficiency.Problem Solving:
Proactively troubleshoot complex architectural and structural obstacles on-site to maintain project momentum.Project Coordination:
Collaborate closely with management to clarify technical project requirements and relay critical progress updates.Mentorship & Leadership:
Actively mentor junior crew members and apprentices to uphold the company's elite standards for quality and safety across every job site. What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)Required Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of proven, professional carpentry experience specifically within a commercial or industrial setting.Technical Mastery:
Expert, hands-on proficiency in operating a full range of power tools, pneumatic tools, and hand tools.Mindset:
Strong communication skills and a highly proactive, growth-oriented mindset. You are ready to step up and lead.Licensure & Travel:
A valid Driver's License is strictly required (must be insurable under the company's auto policy). You must have the ability to travel to various regional job locations.Preferred Qualifications:
Specialized Skills:
Specialized, high-level skills in joinery, cabinet-making, or high-end architectural millwork are a massive plus!Leadership Background:
Previous experience acting in a lead hand, foreman, or supervisory capacity.Project History:
