Compensation that reflects your value. $75,000-$85,000/year total cash, plus a benefits package most contractors in this market don't offer. What You'll Do Own day-to-day execution of the jobsite — quality, pace, and sequencing Maintain a 2-week lookahead; flag schedule risks to your PM before they become problems Direct and coordinate carpenters on your crew Serve as the primary point of contact for the homeowner during active construction Complete a daily log in Jobtread for every day on site Flag scope changes immediately — never absorb scope without authorization Inspect deliveries, coordinate trade partners at phase starts, and keep the site clean, safe, and professional Who You Are You take ownership of problems before anyone asks you to. You're uncomfortable leaving a day without a plan for the next one. You'd rather flag an issue early than wait and hope it resolves itself. You're Humble enough to be coached, Hungry enough to hold yourself accountable, People-Smart enough to represent us well with homeowners and trades, and Self-Aware enough to know your strengths and your growth areas. This role requires initiative, proactive planning, and genuine ownership every day. If you prefer to be given a task list and work through it, this isn't the right fit. Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience (residential remodeling strongly preferred) Advanced proficiency in framing, trim, hardware installation, and finish carpentry Ability to read blueprints and execute from written scopes Working knowledge of related trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC Valid driver's license Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and project management apps Compensation & Benefits $75,000-$85,000/year (base wage plus consistent overtime) Annual performance bonus based on team results and company profitability Company vehicle — insured, maintained, gas covered; personal use permitted Health benefit — monthly company contribution toward your coverage Simple IRA with company match 30+ days paid time off — vacation, personal days, holidays, and paid Christmas week Power tools and phone provided All local work — home every night To Apply Click the link below to complete our employment application on our website.
